Client project documentation
When CMS are handed off to clients for them to use it's often time to do some technical training and documentation writing. Working with clients to help them understand the systems I build for them and then setting them up with reference to self-sustain is very important to me. Writing thorough documentation that you've actually taken a client through ensures a smooth transition to them taking over a site.
